Larry Winters Team
I just received a third confirmation that Winters is breaking away from Britt World Wide (BWW).
Here is the quote as told by an upline Ruby to his downline:
"Winters Team no longer has any affiliation with Bill Britt or Paul Miller"
Outside of the obvious, this quote is telling because it places the emphasis on the Line of Affiliation or LOA over the Line of Sponsorship or LOS. Quixtar's Line of Affiliation has always been muddy waters, where groups joined together in various systems even though they weren't directly related in actual LOS.
I can say that for whatever reason, Winters seems to be breaking some Diamonds, whereas other teams like TEAM, BWW and WWDB are not.

who said bww is not breaking diamond? The Kanti Gala team broke 5 diamonds in 2004, JOhn Crowe team broke 5 diamonds in 2004 and winters did not break any diamond in 2004. and they all from Britt.Kanti Gala team broke one diamond, one EDC, one Double Diamond in 2005. John Crowe broke one diamond in 2005. Winters broke one diamond. This year which is 2006, Kanti Gala team already broke one diamond, and another one in qualification, and one Edc in qualification. You dont know what you talkinf about, so pls shut your pie hole.

Read my lips. Not enough Diamonds are breaking in Quixtar to make it a viable business. mmmkay?
Posted by: Ty | March 09, 2006 at 02:39 PM
How can that be misinterpreted to not be a "viable business"? After studying similar and dis-similar business models in the business world, this would seem to indicate great success. There seems to be so much bias and misinformation floating around, some lost passerby might actually believe what they read, not knowing the source from which it came.

Chris:
When are you going to be a diamond in Amway and/or Quixtar?
Posted by: Enrique | March 21, 2006 at 10:47 AM
Preston,
What other companies have you looked into?
Take the 5 most important attributes of a Network Marketing company...
- Corporate Leadership
- Product
- Field Leadership
- Compensation
- Timing
...and I will give you ten companies that are better suited to provide an individual with a better opportunity.

I am in the Gala LOS. Who are the new diamonds and above?

Can you find out how to log into the Winters Team website www.freedom-team.com?
Posted by: Q-IBO | April 19, 2006 at 03:43 PM
One way to make a rational decision is to create a MAUT worksheet and consider the 5 most important attributes as Ty mentioned. Than give each attribute a weight according to how important it is to you (scale of 1 to 5) Than list your considerations, IE: Quixtar, Oasis, Market America...etc, The worksheet will help you to make a non biased decision...remember to use facts and not fiction presented by people with an interest in the other companies.

Are you guys all so narrow minded? You have to look at the big picture. Do you know what a properly structured ruby is making? Hmmm...Why is diamond so important then? There are so many new emeralds bursting out all over the nation, Double Eagle Rubys in the hunt, it is only a matter of time before all the organizations are breaking massive amounts of diamonds every year. Be a skeptic, try to fight it off or build your new companies, but the trillion dollar company is going to pay the best. It just gets better and better every month. Wish you all the best, whatever team you are on or business you are in, hopefully someday your company will be as massive as the Q-biz. Young people you are the future... Go Diamond no matter what team you are on, set the example, and show them what you are made of

Ummmm... hello people? I am proud to say that I am part of Winters Marketing and want to ask you a question... would you be willing to tell the 30,000 plus people downline of L. Winters that he isn't leading them to fast paced- well structured growth? Face it, Q.com superstars like Joe M., Mike Bundy and Greg Francis are in Larry's downline... that smells like leadership.

Markewicz team, upline Devane, personally sponsered by e.t. and his wife. They absolutely touched a gold mine. As we all know you can only get out of any business what you put into it. Me my upline, and my downline are on absolute fire. A team of pure hustlers.

All I've got to say is that if you're on the winter's team, diamond is a thing of the past. Build a business properly structured and you'll make crazy money at any level you want. You aren't going to see diamonds breaking very often, you're going to see EDC's and Double's due to businesses like Greg Francis'...anyone with 18 legs plugging in is set for LIFE...so for all you doubters...Enjoy your job, because you've got 50 years of it left. For those of you on any Q team...get er done!!!!

Is this winters marketing have anything to do with winters marketing freedom team?
Posted by: shelly | August 21, 2006 at 11:50 AM
They are the same.
Posted by: Ty Tribble | August 21, 2006 at 11:53 AM
Yeah... they'll be breaking lots of diamonds...
I guess thats why 1.7% of all directs ever become diamonds. The people with extreme luck, great charisma, and only then the blessing of the upline mafia sponsorship(meaning selling your soul to the upline group) will ever have the chance of even hinting at diamond level.
I went 2300 PV in 1.5 months.. I still believe this business is a corporate cult thats being run by men who are robbing the average joe schmoe blind by preying on their hopes and dreams.
Have you ever even Met Greg Francis?!! He was my uplines>upline. The man has more charisma than most anyone growing in the business. You aren't him, you won't have a large business. He can speak people into his business, but even that isn't helping him now. His group has flatlined at 300+ some people for the last 2 years... Even he can't stop the inevitable atm.
While on his team I saw people with absolute zero business sense or communication abilities get lucky and go 4000 PV, while business profesionals with a high level of intelligence couldn't sponsor one solid person.
But hey, keep believing what you've been told. I hope you have a college degree, otherwise your going to be working at Blockbuster the rest of your life. Only hired because you gave them a reference from quixtar, their partner company...
Posted by: TrueLies | August 24, 2006 at 06:25 PM
Wow Ty,
Yes I have met Greg. He is my former upline's personal leg. Y'know J.B.?
Posted by: Uknown | August 30, 2006 at 01:48 PM
I'm not speaking as an advocate or promoter for anyone, but I've known Greg Francis almost since he got in the business. He like anyone else has more desire to live a life free from a job. He has been free to live his life for over 12 months now.
The Winters Team, as do many other teams affiliated with Quixtar teach morals, ethics, integrity, how to be a good husband, a good father, and a inspiration to others. They even teach that you should be giving 100% to your employer while your there. You should be 100% in ALL aspects of your life. Its a fantastic group to be a part of. I am scared to think where I'd be without the mentors I've had through Winters Marketing.

First off, quixtar is a supplier, and there ARE some groups that use quixtar that employ some shady tactics. These people, groups, and/or organizations hound people, give no support to their downline, and other various means.
However, in the Winters organization, this is not the case. Currently there are parts in the organization that are simply EXPLODING in growth. If someone is interested, great! If not, then we move on.
This is not a "get rich quick scheme." As far as building a team, it takes usually 12-18 months to make platinum.
Who needs to make diamond? Sure that'd be great, but platinum is equal to many middle class incomes, why not have that as a goal? After that your business will grow itself.
P.S. Greg Francis IS awesome!
Posted by: Ryan | September 11, 2006 at 10:00 AM
Ty, you talk a lot of trash about Greg Francis' business in your comment dated Aug.26,2006. If his business is so flat-lined, then why is he in Diamond qualification? HMMMMMM?
Posted by: LS | October 04, 2006 at 08:50 AM
LS,
I did not make any comments on that date.
A part of me has a great deal of respect for the work it takes to get to the diamond level in Quixtar and a part of me also knows that hundreds of people are losing money in that diamonds organization because of it.

Please pleeeeeeease make sure to keep an open mind to all sides of the debate on Quixtar/Amway (and all its current incarnations). I would like to encourage everybody to look at all sources of information - that includes negative ones. And think about it.
I know I felt like I shouldn't think about the system and I should shut out other negtive influences. That notion kinda tugged on my brain for a bit, something didn't seem right.
Please PLEASE take a little time to look at a couple websites about this. You may want to start here:
http://amquix.info/amway.html
And if you don't want to read logical arguments about the subject, you can check out the book that was published about this topic. It is available on the website above, called "Merchants of Deception". I would enjoy talking to anybody who is in The Business and have an open conversation on the matter. Email me.

What a bunch of losers
Posted by: dave best | December 08, 2006 at 06:50 AM
Yeah? Let me know when you knuckleheads start getting a cut in the pay for having your downline go to rallies and buying the gut wrenching tapes and "Tools". I was in Quixtar for 3 years and spent $ 20,000 because my UPLINE suggested it as an investment!!! They didn't tell me that 90% of the money made is when you cut a tape and people buy it. Did they tell you that? Play by their rules and you may make back your money, don't and you'll lose your @$$.

I was just 4 generations down from Larry Winters way back in 1988. Larry Winters was quite a motivator even back then. I used to love to hear him speak. What ever happened to Jeff Hathaway, John Cullen. Are they still on the Winters/Snipes team?
